We reserve the right to remove any shortened URL that violates these prohibitions and to terminate the account of any user who engages in prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

The TinyURL.run service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by TinyURL.run and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on TinyURL.run, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted in writing by TinyURL.run.
